This is the first in a series that breaks down and analyzes some of the impressive keyboard riffs the pros play.

These licks can cover three or more octaves of a piano keyboard and are simply four-note or six-note fingering patterns applied over changing chord positions. It can be a little overwhelming trying to memorize a long keyboard riff without understanding a more simplified view of the component parts.

Each lesson features a singular right hand fingering pattern. This pattern will be used to arpeggiate various sets of two (or more) right hand chords.
