This is the second in a series that breaks down and analyzes some of the impressive keyboard riffs that the pros play.
These licks can cover three or more octaves of a piano keyboard and are simply four-note or six-note fingering patterns applied over changing chord positions. It can be a little overwhelming trying to memorize a long keyboard riff without understanding a more simplified view of the component parts.
Each lesson features a singular right hand fingering pattern. This pattern will be used to arpeggiate various sets of two (or more) right hand chords. Once you understand the theory behind these riffs, you are only limited by your technical facility and creativity.
